1. What information do you need to provide before receiving a quote？

Please provide the following information to help us accurately calculate the cost and offer you a quote:

1. Several photos of the real vehicle, along with its dimensions.(L*W*H)
2. The scale of the model you’d like to create.
3. Functional requirements: the functions you’d like the model to include.
4. Packaging preferences.
5. The quantity you’d like to produce.

2. What information is required after the project starts?

Once the project is confirmed, please provide the following materials to help us create the 3D data and prototype for your review:

1. 3D data of the real vehicle.

2. Detailed photos of the real vehicle from different angles (around 200 images).

3. What is the customization general workflow?

1. Prototype:

1. Once the project is confirmed, we will create the 3D data of the model and prototype for your confirmation.

2. Molds and Samples:

We will then create a mold sample based on your production requirements. This sample will be nearly identical to the final product. Upon receiving the mold sample, you need to confirm the model’s details. If changes are needed, feedback the problems. If there are many changes, we will produce another sample for your approval (this process takes about 1 month). If only minor adjustments are needed, we will send you a final effect picture for confirmation before proceeding to mass production.

4. What should we know about the prototype?

1. Importance:

The prototype is an important parameter basis before making the molds, which can be converted into 3D data. (We make the prototype with the modern high-speed processing center, which is high precision)

2. Raw material:

Normally, the prototype is made of ABS materials (The characteristics of the ABS plastic: High smoothness, easy processing, easy polishing, the surface does not need any processing, keep the natural color.) without spraying color.

3. The Scale:

Normally, the scale of the prototype is the same as the final model.

4. Function:

The Prototype is mainly used to check the shape, product function, parts distribution and structure design rationality after the real car is scaled to a model car.

5. Adjustments:

If any structural changes are required during the development process, it is best to do so before the prototype is confirmed. Once the project moves to the tooling stage, it will be difficult to make changes and adjustments. Because the mold is made of steel film, once formed, it is very difficult to chan

7. Payment Terms.

1. Upon signing the contract, a 50% deposit of the mold fee is required.
2. After the sample is confirmed, the remaining 50% of the mold fee, along with 40% of the total product cost, is due.
3. Finally, before the shipment of the bulk order, a payment of 60% of the remaining product cost must be made. (We will send the video and pictures of the finished products, you can also send your people to check the goods first)
