Our tooling department is responsible for designing, manufacturing, and maintaining high-precision molds used in production. From initial concept to final production, our team ensures that each mold meets exact specifications, enabling seamless mass production and top-quality results.

Main Duties
- Designing, manufacturing molds
- Maintaining high-precision molds used in production.
From initial concept to final production, our team ensures that each mold meets exact specifications, enabling seamless mass production and top-quality results.

Equipments
Our tooling department currently operate 16 EDM and mirror spark machines, including 3 advanced mirror spark machines that are among the first of their kind in the industry. These high-end machines are primarily used for producing electroplated and transparent parts. Additionally, we have over 50 pieces of equipment, including milling machines, grinding machines, wire-cut EDM machines, and drilling machines. With these resources, our tooling department is capable of producing up to 60 sets of molds per month, equivalent to molds for 6 different car models.

Electrical discharge machining
Wire cutting machine
EDM is a specialized process that uses electrical sparks to shape hard-to-machine materials with high precision. It works by gradually eroding the workpiece, one point at a time, using fine electrical discharges.
This technique is particularly effective for manufacturing complex molds and machining hard materials, ensuring accurate replication of intricate features like grooves, cavities, and other fine details. EDM enables the production of highly refined workpieces.
Additionally, it is ideal for creating textured parts, such as components with logos, markings, or surface patterns, offering detailed and precise surface finishes.
We have five wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machines) in operation.
These machines utilize the principle of electrical discharge to cut materials with a thin metal wire, typically made of molybdenum or copper.
They are designed for intricate mold processing, capable of precisely machining complex contours, deep cavities, and narrow slots in molds.
The importance of molds
The Tooling and Molding Department plays a crucial role in the mold-making process, serving as the key bridge between design concepts and actual functional molds. Its responsibilities include converting detailed design blueprints into molds that are ready for production. The department oversees the entire workflow, starting with material preparation, followed by precise machining, careful assembly, and finally, rigorous mold testing and maintenance.
Throughout this process, advanced machinery and skilled technicians ensure that each mold meets exact design specifications. By adhering to strict quality control measures, the department guarantees that the molds not only match the required dimensions and tolerances but also function efficiently and reliably during mass production. This meticulous attention to detail ensures consistent performance and minimizes the risk of defects in the final product. The Tooling and Molding Department’s expertise is essential in delivering high-quality molds that are the foundation of a smooth and successful production process.

Precision is at the heart of every model we craft.
Our expert tooling department brings innovation and accuracy together, ensuring that each mold is designed for flawless production. From concept to creation, we set the foundation for quality.”
