Every step of production, from diecasting, injection molding to final assembly, undergoes rigorous scrutiny to ensure compliance with global standards for diecast model manufacturing. We also conduct packaging inspections to ensure that each model is securely packed to prevent damage during shipment, maintaining its pristine condition upon delivery. Inspection Standard
- Each of our products undergoes a rigorous inspection by our QC team to ensure that all functional parts operate smoothly. We carefully check the car body for dust particles, orange peel texture, stains, or any surface imperfections, guaranteeing a flawless finish.
- Every car model’s packaging is drop-tested from a height of 30 inches, over 10 times, to ensure durability. We open the packaging to confirm the model’s perfect condition before it is cleared for warehouse storage and shipment.
- To accommodate long-distance transportation, the packaging undergoes a 24-hour vibration test to ensure that the car model remains intact without any damage.
- Desiccants are placed inside the packaging to prevent mold during storage.
- We also accept custom packaging requests to meet specific customer needs.
