The Engineering Dept. plays a critical role in the production process. They ensure that each model produced is highly accurate, detailed, and ready for mass production.
We typically provide two samples to our customers. After the customer reviews and signs off on one of the samples, it needs to be returned to us. This allows us to begin mass production based on the approved sample
Main Duties
Sample making: Engineers develop sample of new models, testing them for accuracy, durability, and functionality. The sample is identical to the final delivered models.
They work closely with other departments to make any necessary adjustments before full-scale production.
Process Optimization: Engineers analyze and improve production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality across all models.
Technical Support: Our egineers provides ongoing support to the production process. Solving any production issues that may arise.
