  • Mold modification and optimization
  • Maintaining high-precision molds used in production.

Main Duties:

    • Sample making: The sample is identical to the final delivered models.
    • Process Optimization: Engineers analyze and improve production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality across all models.
    • Technical Support: Our egineers provides ongoing support to the production process. Solving any production issues that may arise.

  • Alloy parts production.
  • A series of post-processing of alloy parts
  • Total quality inspection.
  • Transfer to the next stage.
